Top Producer Websites Tip
Is your Web site getting tired? Refresh your site with 3 quick updates.
Build your professional credibility with current and prospective clients by updating
your website with the details of your latest achievements. Here are three easy updates
that you can tackle in an afternoon (or less):
- Update your biography. Since you first built your website, you've
likely gained valuable real estate knowledge and experience. Perhaps you've attended
seminars or completed training. Perhaps you've gained experience in additional neighborhoods.
Perhaps you've become an expert in a certain type of real estate product or transaction.
Or perhaps you've simply gone from being a realtor with 2 years of experience, to
a realtor with more. Update your website to match the growth of your experience.
- Add your latest testimonials. You already know that positive feedback
from past clients helps inspire confidence in leads and prospects. Make sure that
the testimonials page on your website includes the latest thank you messages and
glowing recommendations you've received, and consider adding a testimonial or two to each
page within your website.
- Keep your contact information up-to-date. Make it easy for prospects
and clients to contact you by making sure that all of your contact information is
on every page of your website. This includes your office and cell phone number,
fax number, any toll-free number and your email address.
