Top Producer Campus is a new online knowledge base especially for Top Producer customers,
a forum for learning the ins and outs of our unparalleled agent productivity solutions
in a user-friendly environment. The Campus is a free resource, available to you
24/7.
You can always contact our Technical Support or Customer Service teams directly,
however we know that you can also learn a lot by sharing knowledge and experiences
with other Top Producer clients and encourage your participation in the interactive
Campus forums. Post a particular challenge or question for feedback from other agents,
or look for pointers from your peers on using Top Producer products for managing
contact records, streamlining workflows, effectively servicing large client bases,
and ultimately closing more deals.
While addressing our clients’ questions and challenges over the years, the Top Producer’s
Technical Support team has also come across a number of innovative methods that
agents have implemented to help them gain the competitive edge. The Technical Support
team will share these gems throughout the Campus in the appropriate product sections.
We’ll also be including user-friendly videos throughout the site that cover topics
such as “How To’s”, as well as product overviews and tips.
Remember that this is a very early-stage beta site which will be growing and evolving
rapidly as we get more customers like you involved. Your feedback will help guide
and shape the Campus during this early development stage. Many sections will be
growing very significantly in the near future as we continue to build on this tremendous
resource.
