We recently added Market Builder to our Top Producer subscription and recommend it for any agent looking to extend their prospecting efforts. We received 10 leads from our Market Builder postcards within our first month!
Previously, we were sending out standard prospecting postcards which kept us top of mind and showed that we are successful agents. However, what the Market Builder cards do better is that they have a call to action that prompts the receiver to enter their details, allowing us to capture them as a lead. It’s a very engaging process right from the first point of contact.
Any prospects we capture receive an impressive Market Snapshot report displaying a detailed market analysis for their neighborhood and are encouraged to get in touch with us for more information. Our picture, logo and contact information is right at the top of the Snapshot, which goes a long way towards demonstrating our professionalism and expertise.
We also use the Just Listed/Just Sold Postcard service so that when we have a closing,
Top Producer automatically sends us an email asking us if we want to send out a Just Sold card to the neighborhood around the listing. All we have to do is pick the quantity we want sent and it’s done. It’s that easy.
When the prospect responds, their contact information is automatically uploaded into our Top Producer contact list – saving us considerable time on data entry. Once in our system, it’s so easy to generate emails and letters or even set the prospect up on a drip campaign if we like.
