Create customized market reports using the new Advanced features of Market Snapshot.
Previously, you were able to generate Market Snapshots using one of 4 property types,
one zip code, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms of properties.
The new Advanced features of Market Snapshot allow you to customize your reports
based on the attributes supported by your MLS board. Now you can create a Market
Snapshot based on area, district, multiple zip codes, different property types,
school district, or any other field that your MLS supports for searches. (These
fields vary greatly from one MLS board to another.)
