I have been using the Market Snapshot for three months and my clients absolutely
love it. I strongly advise any agent to incorporate it within their business practices.
Not only do I have people signing up for the Market Snapshot directly from my Web
site, I have also sent it to my old clients to help them stay on top of trends.
I find it to be a tremendously valuable resource, especially in a down market. It
has been a great tool for getting price reductions on listings that have not sold.

how current the online report is compared to other online data which tends to be
