I’ve been a Top Producer 7i user since 2005 and slowly started switching over to
8i when I was asked to be a beta tester a few months ago. I love the enhancements
to the program! The new look impressed me immediately and because it’s so intuitive,
I had an easy time learning and understanding the functionality.
The Dashboard is so comprehensive and gives me instant access to my tasks and contacts.
I like being able to log in and see all of my activities, leads, listings, and closings
right away on a single screen. I’ve also been making use of the shortcuts, such
as Quick Contact entry and the easy drag and drop feature. What a timesaver!
Now that I’ve had a few months to get used to 8i, I actually find myself working
more efficiently than I did with 7i. It’s easy to set up activities that remind
me to make my calls and also to implement prospect drip email campaigns. I also
love all the new marketing templates because they’re so easy to create and send.
(Again, that drag and drop feature is amazing!)
The learning curve has been manageable, but I found that when I did have any questions
or challenges, Top Producer’s Technical Support was always there to patiently help
me understand the program better. They’re the best!
