Step 1
Setting up Lead Inquiry forms or Contact Me forms on a variety of websites
You have the option to choose three different template forms – simple, standard,
and detailed or you can custom create your own. You can even set up your inquiry
forms on the websites of other businesses.
When a customer makes any inquires and fills out the form, a contact record is automatically
captured in your Top Producer 7i database

Creating different automated Action Plans
Now that you have received an inquiry and Top Producer 7i has captured the contact
information, you need to assign an Auto Reply Plan rule. As mentioned above, Action
Plans can be created to reply to corresponding inquiries and perform specialized
features, such as instantly sending auto-response emails.

Viewing Action Plans and managing the new leads
Review all the new leads and scroll through to see when the leads came in, where
the leads came from, summary of information provided on the lead forms, Action Plans
that were assigned, etc.
