When I heard about the simplicity, automation and the fact that I can actually measure
the success rate of the Market Builder program, I felt compelled to subscribe. I
was also impressed by the fact that I can specifically target the exact neighborhoods
that I want and easily remove the homes that I don’t want to farm.
Top Producer sends out 30 postcards per week. They are currently sending out the
third round this week and I have been very impressed with the response rate so far.
I received 5 solid requests from last week’s 30 postcards. Like most of us, I still
send out a batch of monthly postcards of my own, but unlike with the Market Builder
program, I find it very difficult to measure the results - if any.
The process requires almost no effort on my part. I receive an email notifying me
of new requests and all the prospect’s personal contact and home details are automatically
saved in my Top Producer 7i account. I am currently following up with an email or
a phone call. I have created an automated action plan in my 7i account to follow
up with these new requests which includes email, personal phone calls and additional
postcards.
I had subscribed to the Market Snapshot before subscribing to Market Builder. However,
I never had the time to truly understand all the aspects of Market Snapshot and
how I could leverage it to help me succeed in other areas of my marketing. Having
experienced its effectiveness working with Market Builder, I am now going to start
implementing the Market Snapshot for a lot of other marketing initiatives.
