How to Use the NEW Features in Top Producer 8i
This month, Top Producer 8i will be upgraded with new features and enhancements. Here’s an overview on how to use them:
Multiple Email Signatures & Separate Letter and Email Signatures
Top Producer 8i now allows Multiple Email Signatures. In addition, your Letter Signature can now be saved separately from your Email Signature.

Inbound Spam Filter
For any “@topproducer.com” email address (or, for any emails forwarded from a POP3 account to an “@topproducer.com” address), spam filtering can now be applied. Detailed instructions >
HTML Email Stationery
Now you can setup your HTML Email Stationery in one central location and then specify exactly which email mailouts you would like this stationery to be included in. Not only are there several layouts and colors to choose from (including an attractive Newsletter design), you can also customize the links that appear in your stationery to direct your clients to specific web pages. Start-Up Settings
Now you can select which screen you want 8i to open to. There are two ways to customize your start-up display:
- You can bookmark any screen in the application. Once you’ve done this, use the bookmark to log into 8i.
- Set up your default tab for any of your records (such as always opening to your Activities when you open any contact record). Read more >
LivePost- Send Holiday Postcards from 8i
Last month we told you all about LivePost, our new direct mail extension of Top Producer 8i. This month, we launched the LivePost Seasonal Series, which allows you to send professionally designed and printed holiday cards to anyone in your 8i Contact List.
