As we reach the end of August, we’re looking ahead to a busy Fall season. This month’s
issue is packed with tips to help you get a head start.
Last month, we officially released Top Producer 8i to all of our customers and provided
some introductory tips for new users. We received so much positive feedback on these
that we’re featuring an
introductory 8i tutorial video this month. If you’re new to 8i, you’ll find
this video an easy-to-follow introduction that will help you get started.
In response to reader requests, we’ve also introduced some new features to The Topline.
We’ve launched a Marketing Advice
section that provides general tips for success in the industry, with this
month’s article focusing on niche marketing. You can also read Connor MacIVOR’s Success Story for
a terrific example of how one creative agent has used niche marketing to build a
successful real estate business. (We’re proud that our Market Snapshot also plays a part!) We’ve added a monthly ‘Top 5’ series,
with this month’s list featuring your Top 5 FAQs to our
Technical Support department and quick fixes for each.
