NEW Market Builder Postcard Sets Now Available
At Top Producer, we’re constantly striving to bring innovative solutions to our
clients and enhancing the products we currently offer. Last fall we launched Market
Builder, our powerful marketing and prospecting system that combines direct mail
with an automated system for following up with prospects.
This month we’re introducing 4 new 3-card sets to the inventory of Market Builder
postcards - for a total of 7 sets. As you may already know, the Market Builder program
involves choosing a set of 3 postcards that are automatically delivered to homes
in your target neighborhood over a one year period. Each set was developed and tested
to work in harmony to deliver a consistent theme and messaging throughout the year.
These new designs give you more choice when deciding which series is most compatible
with your neighborhood.
As you may recall in last month’s “What’s New” article, we now offer agents the
option to farm more then 400 recipients at one time and have also given you more
flexibility to target specific pockets or farm areas throughout your geographical
territory.
Existing Market Builder clients who began their subscriptions prior to the launch
of the new postcards can switch to a new set at the end of their current one year
subscription. However, you can also change the set of postcards you are currently
using whenever you increase the size of your original 400 farming area.
