The Folsom team has been actively using Top Producer 7i for over 4 years and it is now fully integrated into our business. We were originally working with Agent 2000 and then Act as our CRM systems, but were not completely satisfied with either. I learned more about Top Producer 7i at a Keller Williams event and found that it seemed to fit our needs, so we decided to make the switch.

As is probably the case with most agents, we initially just utilized Top Producer 7i's basic contact management features to help our team manage and share contact records and scheduling. We were also quick to take advantage of the web-based functionality of the program which allowed our 7-member team to access all our records anytime, anywhere from our PC and mobility devices.

I knew there was so much more to the application and was determined to get a more in-depth understanding of its many capabilities, so we decided to take the time to learn about the other features. Keller Williams is a strong supporter of Top Producer and offers its own internal training, which we've found to be an excellent resource for learning more about the program. The Top Producer Technical Support team also helped make the process easier and was always eager to show us how to incorporate additional features into our business practices. We've been impressed by their dedication and the fact that they stay on the phone for as long as it takes.

Since we took the time to learn more about the program, we now use Top Producer 7i for countless everyday tasks, such as automated Action Plans, managing leads, and sending templated emails and postcards. My wife Paula is our Marketing Manager and is an avid user of the data conversion feature, which enables her to perform mass mailouts easily by converting mailing lists into .csv format.

I go out of my way to recommend Top Producer 7i to agents and encourage them to jump right in and take the time to learn what it's capable of. Once you start setting up the automated systems, you'll spend less time behind your desk with administrative tasks, so you can free up your time on dollar-productive activities, such as cultivating leads and managing client relationships.

We have been transitioning toward Top Producer 8i since the beta stage last fall and are looking forward to a powerful new program that helps us to be even more successful!
